How to Return an Item (please ensure you read the Return Terms below).
Always contact Hair2Love via hello@hair2love.co.uk prior to returning your goods. This is so we have the opportunity to help and advise you as our customer.
- Contact Hair2Love on hello@hair2love.co.uk or 01934 660194 to obtain a return reference.
- Print and Complete the Returns Form, download Returns Form by clicking here.
- Place completed returns form in a well packaged parcel and send to: Hair2Love, 27 Stroud Way, Weston-super-Mare, BS24 7HJ. We recommend sending returns via recorded delivery, as Hair2Love will not issue any refund without receipt of the goods.
- Hair2Love will contact you within 24 hours of the package being received to confirm the next steps, be it replacement or refund.
Return Terms
If a return is processed, the cost of shipping is deducted from the refund amount.
Return of Hair Extensions
When hair tie is broken, returns policy is void.
Where Hair Extensions have been purchased and hair tie has been broken, the returns policy of 14 days for Boutique Slavic Range, and 30 days for Remy Amour become void, and the hair is treated as sold and sale contract is complete. Hair cannot be returned unless proven faulty once the hair tie is broken or released.
Hair Extensions can not be returned for a refund once they have undergone ANY treatment, such as fitting, dying, or washing.
Hair extensions can also not be returned if they have undergone any treatment or are not found to be in the same condition as when delivered, regardless of 14 or 30 day return policy.
Once outside of the returns period, returns are no longer accepted.
