1. How long will it take for my hair to arrive?
Our products are sourced directly from the manufacturer in either Russia or the Ukraine upon order. We then package the product in the UK and then send it to you as our client. We are sorry to say that during Covid-19 this has taken up to 30 days, but we aim in normal circumstances to have the product delivered in 10.
2. Where does your hair come from?
I have personally sourced manufacturers in Eastern Europe that have the quality of hair I was missing when I moved to the UK. It took me a while to get this right, but I assure you, you’ll have hair you can be proud of!
3. Is the hair real human hair?
Absolutely! All our ranges are real human hair, and so silky you can really tell!
4. How long do your hair extensions last?
This is a tough question to answer without knowing the conditions in which the hair will live. That said, if well looked after, there’s no reason our hair shouldn’t be used again and again for over 12 months.
5. Is my hair going to be damaged by using hair extensions?
Not if done properly, if you’re not confident fitting them yourself please find a professional to fit them without running the risk of harming your hair or your new extensions. It is also worth noting that if the type of hair you purchase is too heavy, the hair could pull your natural hair from the root. If you have questions on this, please contact me before buying.
6. Is it possible to fit hair extensions myself?
Sure, if you know what you’re doing, go for it. However, if this is your first time, please consult with a professional, otherwise it might go wrong.
7. How long does my hair need to be to wear hair extensions?
I would recommend the minimum length of natural hair for compatibility with hair extensions is 15-20 cm, think of it as when hair can cover the ears and neck to hide the extension fitting.
8. How to look after hair extensions?
No matter the quality of hair you purchase, good after-care is essential if you wish the hair to last.
The hair should straighten and curl just like your natural hair, but as the hair doesn’t continue to be treated by your body, you should help it handle the heating, straightening, and washing. Read more about how to look after your hair by clicking here.
